  We went to Chili's on Thursday and arrived there just before 7pm, the time it took to get us seated gave us a false sense of speed, our waitress gave us our drinks, took our orders and from that point on she rarely came by to the table for the rest of the night. We had more help from her coworker, an hour passes before we get our food, and one person from our party still didn't get their food with the rest of the group, a second time as this occurred at a earlier experience. The people that did receive the food that they ordered the quality was mediocre at best, one person ordered broccoli was mushy, One of the items that our group ordered was out of stock, none of the meals were fresh as they were kept warm under a hot lamp, all the while our waitress was nowhere to be found. We finally left at around 8:15 too exuasted and angry to make a scene as all we wanted to do was simply leave.
  To state that we were disappointed is a understatement, Chili's was on a good standing with our group until this incident and as it stands we will never visit a Chili's as long as we live

  This place has a very nice interior and it was well cleaned. I've been going here for 4 years and the food has not let me down. From the chicken selection to the salsa, it's all good. The place has a nice bathroom and the service was quick enough and refills were plentiful! Pretty cheap with meals ranging from $10 of less on average. Would recommend to anybody!

  The food was good but the service was very poor. Waiter didn't write down order but came back 3 times to ask what we ordered. Drinks weren't kept filled

  We came in on a Saturday at 5pm and half the tables were empty. But yet we were told we had to wait on a waiting list to be seated 15-20 mins. Even if they were short staffed, already let us sit and get a menu and a drink. Very poor customer experience. We would leave but gave a gift card to use. I can tell you already, tip won't be over 10%
